Airbus is an international aerospace corporation and the world’s largest airline manufacturer. Making something fly either in space or around the world is not a one-person job so in this module we'll introduce you to the company, its core values and its global reach. In this module's quiz, you'll be tested on everything you've remembered so far!
In this module we'll have a look at the work Airbus does in space, from its spacecraft portfolio to the development of the ExoMars Rover. It's not all reserved for up there though, a lot of the space solutions and innovations are also helping us here on earth! In this module's activity you'll set up your own Moon Camp, making some important decisions about how it runs and how you plan to train your astronauts.
At Airbus the zero-emission flight is closer to reality than ever, as they are committed to developing, building, and testing alternative-propulsion systems. In this module we'll take you through the work Airbus has done so far to reach their zero emission ambition and what they are planning in the future.
You'll hear all about the career opportunities available at Airbus and what to do now so your CV and cover letter stands out later! You'll also get to hear from a junior employee who is just starting their career at Airbus as well as their top tips.
